External Authorities – Section 1

 

1a. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these terms and conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these terms and conditions.

 

1b. If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these terms and conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected.

 

1c. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.

 

1d. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions right from first use of this Website. If you do not agree and wish to not be bound by these terms and conditions, you should leave this Website immediately.

 

3d. In these terms and conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the website who are not employed by Bar and Boujee.

Ingredients, allergies & Health – Section 8

 

8a. Bar and Boujee uses external products such as alcohol, liqueurs, juices, milks, creams, syrups, energy drinks, fizzy drinks, sweets to make the cocktails listed on this website.

 

8b. Bar and Boujee is not liable for incorrect display of information regarding ingredient, allergies or any other details displayed on external product used in the cocktails listed on this website.

 

8c. Users whom are concerned about ingredients or allergies most check the information displayed on the external products used in the cocktails and/or mocktails (non alcoholic cocktails) listed on this website or enquire with Bar and Boujee. Bar and Boujee will prove information sourced straight from the external products and will not be liable for medical injuries or fatalities caused by the external products used in the cocktails listed on this website, as cocktails/mocktails are a mix or many ingredients from external companies. Labels on the bottles are used to give users an overview of the product and to comply with the law in actively promoting safe and legal alcohol drinking.  User must check and enquire their concerns before consuming any product listed or sold by Bar and Boujee.
